What does DharaIQ do?
DharaIQ reads bank statement PDFs and returns structured JSON: the transactions plus cash-flow signals, a tamper screen and a Financial Health Score. Your team makes the credit decision.
How do I send statements?
Upload a single statement or a batch through the API, or upload in the web portal. Webhooks tell your system when processing completes, needs review or fails.
Can it read scanned statements?
Text PDFs are read directly. Scanned PDFs go through a vision path, and results with low confidence are escalated to a stronger model.
Does DharaIQ approve or reject loans?
No. The decision engine is advisory. It applies versioned policies you control and keeps an append-only trace of every decision, but it never approves or disburses a loan on its own.
What is the Financial Health Score?
A score from 0 to 100 with an A to E grade that summarises the cash-flow health shown by a statement. It is one input to your review, not a decision.
What does tamper screening check?
The PDF metadata for editor tools, the balance arithmetic across the statement, and the structure of the PDF file. Statements with a high tamper score are routed to manual review.
Data and access
Is personal data sent to the AI model?
Personal details are masked before a statement reaches the language model. If masking cannot be done, processing stops instead of continuing.
How are webhooks secured?
Every webhook is signed with HMAC-SHA256, so your system can verify that it came from DharaIQ.
Who can access my account?
You decide. Add team members, issue API keys with scopes, and turn on two-factor authentication for portal sign-in.

How do I pay?
Use a prepaid wallet or postpaid billing. Invoices carry GST, and usage reports show what was used.
