Terms and conditions

The rules for using the DharaIQ website and platform.

Last updated 1 November 2026

These terms govern use of the DharaIQ website and platform. A signed order form or master agreement with a customer takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

About these terms

DharaIQ is operated by DharaIQ Technologies, registered as a micro enterprise (Udyam UDYAM-DL-06-0234179) ("DharaIQ", "we", "us"). By using the website or the platform you agree to these terms. If you use the platform for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind that organisation, and "you" means that organisation.

The service

DharaIQ reads bank statement PDFs and returns structured cash-flow signals, a tamper screen and a Financial Health Score, through a web portal and an API.

  • Decision support only. DharaIQ does not approve, reject or disburse loans. Your credit policy and your people make every lending decision, and you are responsible for those decisions.
  • Results need review. Signals, scores and tamper flags are aids for a trained reviewer. Low-confidence results are flagged for a person to check.
  • Features can change. We may improve or change features. We will tell customers in advance of a change that removes something they rely on.

Your account and API keys

  • Keep passwords and API keys confidential, and give each key only the scopes it needs.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and keys. Tell us promptly at support@dharaiq.in if you suspect misuse.
  • We may suspend access that puts the platform or other customers at risk, and we will tell you why.

Your data and your obligations

  • You own your data. Statements you upload and the results we return belong to you. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy.
  • Lawful basis. You confirm that you have the consent or other lawful basis needed to share each statement with us for analysis.
  • Masking. Personal details are masked before any part of a statement reaches a language model; if masking cannot be done, the statement is not processed.

Acceptable use

You will not:

  • upload statements you are not entitled to process;
  • try to break, probe or overload the platform, or get around its limits or security;
  • reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it;
  • use the service to build a competing product, or resell it without our written agreement;
  • use the service for anything unlawful.

Fees and billing

  • Self-serve plans are priced in Indian rupees on the pricing page and are paid in advance. Each plan gives a number of statement credits for a set period.
  • Other prices are set out in your order form or agreed in writing. You can pay from a prepaid wallet or on postpaid billing, as agreed, and usage reports show what was used.
  • DharaIQ is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and our invoices do not show GST. If that changes, we will say so on the pricing page before it applies to you.
  • Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund and cancellation policy. Unless agreed otherwise, wallet balances are not refundable, and postpaid invoices are due within 15 days.

Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's confidential information private, use it only for the purpose of this relationship, and protect it with reasonable care.

Intellectual property

We own the DharaIQ platform, its software and its documentation. You own your data. These terms give you the right to use the service during your subscription; they do not transfer ownership of anything.

Availability and support

We work to keep the platform available and to fix problems promptly, but we do not promise uninterrupted service unless a signed agreement says so. Planned maintenance is announced to customers in advance where possible.

Disclaimers

Except as stated in these terms or a signed agreement, the service is provided "as is". Results depend on the quality of the statements provided, and we do not promise that any result is free of errors.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and each party's total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the service

You may stop using the service at any time, subject to your order form. We may end or suspend the service if you materially breach these terms and do not fix the breach after notice. When the service ends, we will delete or return your data as set out in your agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have jurisdiction, subject to any dispute resolution clause in a signed agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page and tell customers about material changes in advance.
